Sonic: Mega Drive - Overdrive was the intended third and final one-shot comic book special published by Archie Comics in celebration of the Sonic the Hedgehog franchise's 25th anniversary. It was the sequel to Sonic: Mega Drive - The Next Level. It was cancelled on 19 April 2017.[1]
