The Smash Stamper[1] is an object that appears in the Adventures of Sonic the Hedgehog television series. It was a trap used by Dr. Robotnik's Badniks for an attempt to capture Sonic the Hedgehog.
Description[]
The Smash Stamper is basically a giant downward metal crusher which exerts enough force to crack the ground. It is controlled via remote.[1]
History[]
The Smash Stamper was set up by Scratch and Grounder to be used by Breezie, who had a lovesick Sonic in the palm of her hand, as a last resort to capture Sonic if all other traps failed. After Sonic got caught in the first trap however, Scratch and Grounder decided to use the Smash Stamper to get rid of Sonic. However, Breezie, who had a change of heart, freed the entrapped Sonic, who in turn saved himself and Breezie from the Smash Stamper when Scratch activated it. Although the Smash Stamper did not get Sonic, it did create a fissure that Scratch and Grounder fell into.[1]
