According to the interview of Artoyz.com, Touma confirmed that, he has created and designed Fang the Sniper as his first professional character for Sonic Triple Trouble. Touma got interest of the Sega's blue mascot, while he has been studding for designer in Art school. He then went to the interview of Sega and got hired. Touma has been worked in many departments, including at Sonic Team.
After leaving Sega, Touma then became a free lance figure artist, participated actively in art events to release his works in Japan and established TOUMART Inc. in 2005.[1] Many of his famous works are included the wildly-popular Knuckle Bear vinyl figure from 2003, Skuttle, Talons, Snout, Hell Hounds, BOO and many more.
