Sega Mega Drive Classic Collection Gold Edition, known as the Sega Genesis Classic Collection Gold Edition in North America, is a collection of Sega Mega Drive games re-released for for Windows-based PCs published by Sega, and the sequel to Sega Mega Drive Classic Collection - Volume 4. It acts as a definitive collection, collecting all four previous collections, for forty-six emulated Sega Mega Drive games in total.

Sega Genesis Classic Collection Gold Edition has configuring keyboard support which provides a personalized gaming experience, as well as a multiplayer mode for a select number of titles. A save and load functionality is included in every game.
