The Secret Intelligence Division's headquarters
The Secret Intelligence Headquarters was the base of operations for the Secret Intelligence Division, which served as the primary intelligence gathering division of the Freedom Fighters led by Harvey Who. It is now used as the headquarters for the Secret Freedom Fighters. (StH #16)
