The Screen Select (also known as a Sonic TV[1]) is a object that appears in the Sonic Add-On. It can be crafted using a Crafting Table, after it's been crafted you can place it on any surface and used to select a character to play as by using Rings.

The Screen Select is presented as a item box that switches between the character icons for Sonic, Tails, Knuckles, Amy and Shadow.
Overview[]
In the Sonic Add-On, the Screen Select appears as a special block that allows you to pick a character (under a ring cost).
In gameplay, the Screen Select can be crafted by using a Crafting Table by putting a ring in the middle and surround it with iron ingots. After you can place the block on an surface you can use it to bring up a menu to select a character with a certain amount of Rings, after paying you will obtain that characters life.
