- For the version of this location after the Super Genesis Wave, see Scrap Brain Zone (Archie).
The Scrap Brain Zone is a location that appears in the Sonic the Hedgehog comic series and its spin-offs published by Archie Comics. It was one of Dr. Eggman's bases of operation in the version of the Prime Zone altered by the first Genesis Wave.
Description[]
The Scrap Brain Zone had the layout of an industrial city, and Dr. Eggman equipped it with many types of booby-traps (flamethrowers, lasers, trapdoors, etc).
History[]
Genesis[]
Dr. Eggman occupied this area during the period when his Operation: Clean Sweep altered reality and reshaped Mobius. Its appearance as a highly industrialized area seemed to have struck some chords in the memories of Sonic the Hedgehog and Boomer, who suggested that the area should have been named Robotropolis or New Megaopolis. The Scrap Brain Zone eventually led to the Final Zone.[1]
Worlds Collide[]
In the world created by the second Genesis Wave, Sonic had a previous adventure to the Scrap Brain Zone.[2]
Trivia[]
- The Scrap Brain Zone is based on the pre-ultimate Zone in the original Sonic the Hedgehog video game.
