The Scorpion Bot is a character that appears in the Sonic Boom series. It is a mass-produced, scorpion-based Badnik model created by Lord Eggman, and the Scorpion Bots' counterparts from an alternate dimension where Sonic never existed.

Appearance

The Scorpion Bots are essentially doppelgangers of their Sonic Boom World counterparts. As such, they are ased on the typical scorpion and stand at twice the size of Sticks. They have a flat and smooth prosoma (head) and mesosoma (body) with red armor on top, a black underbelly, two small cyan eyes with slit-like pupils and two short yellow chelicerae. Their head armor in particular have two horn-like protrusions along their body. They also have six thin black legs with knife-like red claws and bendable tips, each connected to the body by a grey joint, and two thin pinchers with red and black claws. Their tails are grey and black with segmented red armor, yellow joints, and yellow and black fins. Finally, their stingers are yellow-mouthed tubes with cyan lights on the side.

Season two

While undergoing maintenance by Tails at the lair, the Scorpion Bots, upon Lord Eggman's order, engaged Team Sonic when the crew invaded the lair. The crew proved too much for the Scorpion Bots however, who all got destroyed.[1]

Personality

Lacking any noteworthy personality traits, the Scorpion Bots are silent, ruthless and single-minded drones who are unquestioningly dedicated to their leader's orders.[1]

Powers and abilities

Like their Sonic Boom World counterparts, the Scorpion Bots possess flamethrowers on their stingers that can produce powerful fireballs.[1]
