Scarabesque is a Badnik from Sonic the Hedgehog 4: Episode 2.
Description
Its appearance is similar to a dung beetle, and it has the ability to throw bomb spheres resembling it's dung ball. Its color is green and blue with gray stripes, while the sphere is red with white patterns. In the trailer that was revealed in April 5, it was confirmed that this badnik will appear in the Oil Desert Zone along with Sandworm and a variant of Orbinaut .

A Dung Beetle type Badnik designed for use in desert areas. It can generate an infnite amount if large boulders that explode while rolling. A troublesome enemy that is always there in undesirable places.
Trivia
- It's very similar to Egg Scarab on Mirage Road from Sonic Rush.
