The Savannah Citadel Zone is a location that appears in the Sonic the Hedgehog comic series and its spin-offs published by Archie Comics. It is a region of Sonic's World, located within the savannah areas of Efrika. It hosts the Holy Tree, where a Gaia Temple is hidden.

History

Past

With the Efrika Egg Army's uprising, the group would come to the Savannah Citadel Zone and occupy the local Gaia Temple.

Shattered World Crisis

Act Two

After stealing Gwek's Gaia Keys, the Efrika Egg Army would store them in the Savannah Citadel Zone's temple. Shortly after though, Sonic, Tails and Chip invaded the Zone, where Sonic distracted the Egg Army so Tails and Chip could steal the Gaia Keys back.
