Salugh is a character that appears in the Sonic the Hedgehog comic series and its spin-offs published by Archie Comics. She is the prehistoric counterpart/ancestor of Sally Acorn and part of the Prehistoric Freedom Fighters.
Appearance[]
Salugh is similar to Sally's appearance with some key differences. She does not wear shoes, wears a blue toga, and has a bone for a hair pin.
History[]
A Timely Arrival[]
Salugh lived underground with the other Freedom Fighters until Sonic the Hedgehog arrived from the future. He showed Salugh and the other Freedom Fighters the benefits of living on the surface and explained how planting hedges keeps them from being seen by Robughnik. After Sonic returned to his time, she directed the Freedom Fighters where to plant the hedges.[1]

- Salugh's outfit and hairstyle appear to be based on Betty Rubble from the Hanna-Barbera cartoon, The Flintstones.
