Pretty Soldier Sally Moon is a character that appears in the Sonic the Hedgehog comic series and its spin-offs published by Archie Comics. She was Sally Acorn's counterpart from the Luna Zone. She is also a princess.[1]

History[]

Sally Moon and her ally Chibi Rose pursued their archenemy Ivanna Robotina to Mobius Prime, and after a brief battle the two were saved by the intervention of Tuxedo Knux. After flirting with Knux briefly, the two dragged the unconscious Robotina through a portal provided by Zonic the Zone Cop back to their native zone.[1]

Trivia[]

  • Sally Moon is a parody of Sailor Moon, the protagonist of the Japanese media franchise of the same name.
  • Sally Moon and Tuxedo Knuckles are in love with each other, a reference to the relationship between Sailor Moon and Tuxedo Mask.
  • Writer Ian Flynn has said that he is against reusing Sally Moon or her concept again, meaning that Sally Moon is unlikely to appear again in the comic series.[2]
