SEGA HARDlight (also known as Hardlight and HLGames) is Sega Europe's mobile development studio, which was founded in January 2012. The development team was initially comprised of the remaining developers who previously worked at SEGA's former Racing Studio.[1]

SEGA HARDlight is a digital studio focused on developing games for mobile handheld platforms. Beyond mobile titles, the studio has also played a part in porting a variety of console games, such as Sonic Forces and Valkyria Chronicles.

The studio's first game was a remake of Sonic Jump, which was released in late 2012. Their most successful releases are Sonic Dash and Sonic Forces: Speed Battle which over several years on still receives regular content updates.

On 21 September 2020, SEGA HARDlight was awarded "Best Places to Work Award" by gamesindustry.biz.[2]
