Rowdy[2] is a character that appears in the Sonic the Hedgehog comic series and its spin-offs published by IDW Publishing. He is an anthropomorphic skunk who prior to Halloween night would gather his friends and plan a way to steal candies in the Seaside City.
Appearance[]
Rowdy is a brown furred anthropomorphic skunk with brown eyes. For attire, he wears an orange construction hat, a green flannel shirt and a pair of brown shoes.

Sometime prior to Halloween night, Rowdy along with his friends would build a robot, which he would be a lead builder and would plan to steal candies from kids by tricking them.
Sonic the Hedgehog: Halloween Special[]
When Herschel was leading the group of kids through his short cut in the Seaside City, Rowdy along with Brady, hid in the robot they made prior to Halloween night in case of combat. Then Herschel gave him and the others the signal to scare them and steal their candies. Later, the Chaotix along with Sonic and Tails would investigate and Herschel would be caught, Rowdy and the others would use the robot as a cover up and to help Herschel but Vector using his scream to blow them into the tree, destroyed the robot. The heroes gave Rowdy and his friends a chance to help the heroes pass out candies to the other kids around town they stole from.[2]
Personality[]
Despite him stealing candies, Rowdy is actually really kind deep down, and from his expressions, he was sad when his robot was destroyed because he thought it wasn't fair that they couldn't get a candy. He really loves inventing things just like Tails and at the end of their adventure, Tails was very eager to know how he made the robotic arms.
Powers and abilities[]
Rowdy is very capable of building large mechs, like the one seen during their adventure. Which was useful until Vector yelled proving that while not stable it did last long enough proving his capabilities.
Weakness[]
Rowdy along with his crew is not good with people like Vector or strong forces without any backup.
