Rouge Chao is a character that appears in the Sonic the Hedgehog series. It is a Chao that can increase their bonded individual's rewards.

Appearance

Rouge Chao have pink pudding-like bodies with round heads. They also have large, half-shut white and dark blue eyes with blue eyelids, no nose or mouths, round torsos that are smaller than their heads, smooth feet with no legs, arms with no visible hands, and ears that come out the sides of the head. In addition, neither of their arms nor feet have digits. Their arms and feet are tipped dark purple. They also have a floating, pink heart shaped dot above their heads, a pink pattern on their torso that resembles a heart, a short and round tail, and a large purple set of wings on their backs that resembles Rouge's wings.

Overview

In Sonic Speed Simulator, Rouge Chao is a collectible pet of the Exotic rarity. It could be purchased at a display model near the starting point for Robux during the start of "Rouge's Heist Event" on 3 September 2022, it has made multiple returns over time, sometimes being available for as low as 99 Robux.

In gameplay, Rouge Chao can be equipped to the playable character, allowing them to fly by the side of the playable character as they move around. In addition, when equipped, the Rouge Chao will grant additional Experience Points whenever the playable character obtains a Chaos Orb, grant additional Rings whenever they pick up a single Ring, and additional Rings whenever they pick up a single Ring. Rouge Chao also has the rare ability to boost a players Stamina when equipped. The player can as well level up Rouge Chao for a cost of Rings and/or Red Star Rings at the Upgrade Machine, with level 25 being the maximum level. Leveling up a Rouge Chao will improve its reward-granting attributes. Additionally, the player can fuse a Rouge Chao by collecting five of them, leveling all of them up to maximum, and bringing them to the Fusion Machine. Fusing a Rouge Chao will result in a singular fused Chao at level 1.

Powers and abilities

Rouge Chao are capable of flight. In addition, they possess the power to increase the rewards granted to the person they have bonded with.
