- Dr. Ivo Robotnik, the real name of Dr. Eggman in western communities.
- Dr. Ivo Robotnik, Sonic's archnemesis in Adventures of Sonic the Hedgehog.
- Doctor Ivo Robotnik, was the main nemesis of Sonc and the Freedom Fighters up to and including Sonic #50.
- Dr. Eggman (alternate universe), also known as Eggman and formerly Robo-Robotnik, has been the main nemesis of Sonc and the Freedom Fighters since Sonic #75.
- Mama Robotnik, Dr. Robotnik's mother.
- Robotnik Jr., a young son created by Dr. Robotnik.
