The Rings of Order are objects that were set to appear in the Sonic the Hedgehog series. They are six magical rings guarded by Gazebo Boobowski and his daughter, Tiara.

Description[]

In Sonic X-treme, Dr. Robotnik attempted to steal the Rings of Order, leading Gazebo Boobowski to summon Sonic so that the hedgehog could find them first and protect them.[1]

Trivia[]

  • The name was presumably chosen in connection to the series' golden rings and to contrast with the Chaos Emeralds.
  • They were never canonically in the game, rather their concept was part of a simple story generated for a news article in a magazine at a point when the real game story was in progress.[2]
