This personal portal lets you quickly warp down the track. Your rivals can't touch you on another world!
The Ring Portal is a Boost Item that appears in Sonic Forces: Speed Battle. They are large gold rings which can be used as transportable portals between locations.

The Ring Portal appears as a large gold ring and is used for inter-continental travel or quick escapes from enemies. If charged enough, Warp Rings can allow transportation between alternate zones and Sonic's World.
The Ring Portal takes the form of Teen Sonic's ring. In gameplay, Teen Sonic will travel through a warp portal causing an aura of multicolored star to appear around the user.
In gameplay, the Ring Portal can only be obtained at random from Item Boxes by Teen Sonic.
When used, the Ring Portal will increase the speed of the user for a short time. Upon switching lanes, the user will receive a fast, albeit brief burst of additional speed, which can be chained to great effect.
Ring Portal grants a slight boost in speed in addition to invulnerability against most obstacles and incoming attacks from opponent players, though it cannot destroy enemies. The duration of Invincibility in this game depends on the level of the character using it; when reaching level 2, 8 and 14 respectively, Ring Portal's duration will increase. The duration of an Ring Portal is displayed by a circular energy gauge that appears on top of Ring Portal's icon in the player's inventory (on the bottom of the screen) whenever Ring Portal is in effect and will deplete for every second the Ring Portal is active.
