Rebirth Energy is an object that appears in the Sonic the Hedgehog series. It is a majestic orb that can be obtained from Time Trials in each world.

Rebirth Energy emits a purple aura along with a pink tint, being slightly transparent.

In Sonic Speed Simulator, Rebirth Energy can be obtained by getting any of the Medals on a Time Trial, During the Event, Green Hill Time Trial 4 had made an appearance, as Green Hill was the only map with Time Trials, meanwhile Diamond Terminal Zone was closed down. The player had to collect 500 Rebirth Energy to get all rewards, such as the Android Trail, Timekeeper Chao and Shadow Android (orange variant). The amount of Rebirth Energy needed to obtain the rewards are the following:

• Android Trail: 100 Rebirth Energy
• 2x Timekeeper Chao: 200 Rebirth Energy
• 3x Timekeeper Chao: 300 Rebirth Energy
• Android Shadow Orange: 500 Rebirth Energy

After the Reborn update, the player can obtain random amounts of Rebirth Energy from the three Time Trials in each world. Now, the event is longer and there are two extra rewards: the Black Shot and 500 Red Star Rings. The amount of Rebirth Energy needed to obtain the rewards are the following:

• Android Trail: 100 Rebirth Energy
• 2x Timekeeper Chao: 200 Rebirth Energy
• 3x Timekeeper Chao: 300 Rebirth Energy
• Blackshot Hoverboard: 500 Rebirth Energy
• Android Shadow Orange + 500 Red Star Rings: 600 Rebirth Energy
