Rebel Wisp Cyan is a character that appears in Sonic Colors: Rise of the Wisps. They are a Cyan Wisp, and was a companion to Sonic the Hedgehog and Miles "Tails" Prower during the Planet Wisp incident as well as a part of the Rebel Wisps.
Appearance[]
Cyan is a standard Cyan Wisp having two two permanently narrowed orange eyes on the front, and three lightning-bolt-like tentacles stemming from their bottom. Also, on the along below their eyes, they have a brown bandanna that covering where their mouth would be.

Powers and abilities[]
Rebel Wisp Cyan is able to levitate in midair at will, which serves as their main method of transportation. As a trait shared by their species, Cyan is able to generate and store their own unique variant of a powerful energy inside their own body. Cyan can also pass on a fraction of this energy by phasing into the recipient. He can also use this energy to turn the user into a laser for a short time.
