Rat Bratt is a character that appears in the Sonic the Comic series published by Fleetway Editions. He is an anthropomorphic rat who once tried to cheat Tails.
History[]
In this story, Tails' method of catching criminals fails to impress Bratt, who then challenges the fox to a race, in which Tails flies and Bratt runs. Should Tails lose, he will not be allowed to patrol in the Zone again. Tails hastily accepts, confident in his abilities. However, during the race, Bratt reaches each checkpoint before Tails. As the rat wins the race, Tails finally guesses what happened, and it is revealed that Bratt had a twin brother help him during the race, flying to the next checkpoint in a helicopter. With the pair labelled as cheats, it is assumed they were chased out of the unnamed Zone by its citizens.[1]

- The first Bratt brother later appeared with Tails in a pin-up for Sonic the Comic #155.
