This track aims to be a tribute to Sega history as well as to characters from the first Sonic & Sega All-Stars Racing game that did not return. The player's on-screen map is jammed throughout the race, though the map displayed on the Wii U GamePad's map and the Nintendo 3DS touch screen are unaffected.
The track itself is a colorful neon track with the logo of the game in plain sight. The player's on screen map is jammed throughout the entire race but not the maps on the 3DS Touch Screen or Wii U Game Pad Screen. Along the way, the player encounters holograms of jet skis on one side and planes on the other. Only the racer in 1st place chooses whether to set the track to boat or plane mode. Then the track will reset after each lap. There are two different routes the player can take depending on the hologram they would pick. If the player chooses the jet ski from Wave Runner, they would be sent to a flooded part of the city, filled with electric gates and holographic statues of previous Sega All-Stars, like Akira Yuki, Ryo Hazuki, and the Bonanza Bros. if the player chooses the After Burner Jet, they are sent fly straight down the city dodging electroshock grids, spinning structures and holograms of Sega game consoles, all ending with a test of accuracy by flying through a tube surrounded by a giant electroshock gate.
