The Quili-Quili is a small, light blue Badnik resembling a simplified depiction of a bird. It has a rotund, ovoid body with two stubby wings and two small eyes, and a line of yellow and black caution stripes wraps around its lower body, with a large screw on its front creating an appearance reminiscent of a belt with a buckle.

In Sonic Superstars, the Quili-Quilis are enemies that exclusively appear in Frozen Base Zone Act 2, occasionally being released from the underside of Bastions. After being deployed, the Quili-Quilis fly forward in a straight line, making a U-turn upon reaching the edge of the screen. Like with most of the Badniks in this Act, the Quli-Qulis can be easily defeated with a single shot.
