Quadrant 10[1] is a location that appears in the Sonic Underground television series. It is a barren desert located somewhere on Mobius where Rudy and his Freedom Fighters reside.
Description[]
Quadrant 10 is a rocky barren desert with numerous sandy hills dotting it. A freedom Fighter outpost is also located in Quadrant 10, which contains several buildings, and a large metal pipe running through it.[1]

In an effort to stop the local Freedom Fighters, Dr. Robotnik deployed a swarm of Flybots to a Freedom Fighter outpost in Quadrant 10, which proceeded to bite several members, injecting a serum into them that temporarily put them under Robotnik's control. His teammates having turned against him, Rudy fled the outpost.[1]
Season one[]
Hearing of a sighting of their mother in Quadrant 10 from a defeated Stealthbot, the Sonic Underground traveled there in their Camper Van, only to meet Rudy, who explained his situation to them. Agreeing to help, Sonia watched the van while Sonic and Manic set out to search for Flybots, with the latter going against the will of the former. Although Sonic managed to capture a Flybot in the remains of the outpost, Manic was instead bitten by one, putting him under Robotnik's control, and forcing him to report to Robotropolis. Manic later returned to his siblings, having a modified Flybot placed in his pouch, and no memory of Robotnik's control. However, as night fell, the modified Flybot was remotely activated, and put Manic back under Robotnik's control, allowing him to secretly reveal their location to to mad dictator. With Robotnik in pursuit, the Sonic Underground attempted to hide, only to be discovered due to Manic's help. Despite this, Sonia and Sonic managed to find the modified Flybot, and destroy it, returning Manic's free will. Sonic than led the remaining Flybots into a flat section of Quadrant 10, where they were all struck by lightning, and destroyed. As the threat of the Flybots had been vanquished, Rudy and the Sonic Underground returned to the Freedom Fighter outpost, where the other Freedom Fighters greeted them, having regained their free will after the effects of the serum wore off. The Sonic Underground subsequently left Quadrant 10, having liberated it.[1]
