Jet Chao is a character that appears in the Sonic the Hedgehog series. It is a Chao that can increase their bonded individual's rewards.

Appearance

Prism Chao have iridescent, crystalline pudding-like bodies with round, waterdrop-like heads. They also have large dark blue eyes, no noses or mouths, round torsos that are smaller than their heads, smooth feet with no legs, and arms with no visible hands. In addition, neither their arms nor feet have digits. They also have a floating yellow dot above their head, a short and round tail, and a small set of wings on their backs.

Overview

In Sonic Speed Simulator, Prism Chao is a collectible pet of the "Legendary" rarity. It could be purchased at a display model near the starting point in Green Hill for 399 Robux starting on the 10th of December 2022 as part of the Sonic Prime Premiere Event. Alternatively, the player could buy five of them at once at a separate display model in the same world for 1399. The option to purchase them was removed a week later when the event ended on the 17th of December 2022.

In gameplay, Prism Chao can be equipped to the playable character, allowing them to fly by the side of the playable character as they move around. In addition, when equipped, the Prism Chao will grant additional Experience Points whenever the playable character obtains a Chaos Orb and grant additional Rings whenever they pick up a single Ring. The player can as well level up Prism Chao for a cost of Rings and/or Red Star Rings at the Upgrade Machine, with level 25 being the maximum level. Leveling up a Prism Chao will improve its reward-granting attributes. Additionally, the player can fuse a Prism Chao by collecting five of them, leveling all of them up to maximum, and bringing them to the Fusion Machine. Fusing a Prism Chao will result in a singular fused Chao at level 1.

Powers and abilities

Prism Chao are capable of flight. In addition, they possess the power to increase the rewards granted to the person they have bonded with.
