Season one

Dr. Eggman placed a Power Amplifier into his Eggcrusher and had Sonic fight it. Through the use of the Power Amplifier, he was able to cause Sonic's Spin Dash to release more power than he otherwise was normally capable of, weakening the Temple Mountain they were fighting around, which he used as a means of more easily discovering and excavating the Paradox Prism.^{[citation needed]}
