The Piko-Piko[1] (ピコピコ[2] Pikopiko?) is an enemy that appears in Sonic Advance 2. It is a mass-produced, clown-based Badnik model created by Dr. Eggman.

The Piko-Piko appears in Music Plant if the game difficulty is set to Normal. It wields a hammer that it constantly swings towards either side of itself while moving to attack its enemies.

In the Sonic the Hedgehog comic series and its spin-offs, the Piko-Piko makes a cameo appearance in Sonic the Hedgehog #39 as one of the possible choices alongside a Kiki and a Rhinotank for a Quasi-Badnik.

  • The Piko Piko Hammer is a popular children's toy in Japan, named for the sound that it makes when it strikes something. The hammer wielded by Piko-Piko is based on this toy, hence the Badnik's name.
  • Amy Rose carries a weapon of the same variety.
