Phil Hayes[1]
Phil Hayes (born 28 February 1958) is a British-born Canadian-American actor and voice artist who is famous for voicing Scratch and Sergeant Doberman in Adventures of Sonic the Hedgehog. He also voiced Bartleby in Sonic Underground. Outside the Sonic franchise, Hayes did the voice of the Sergeant from The New Batman Adventures, as well as Hack from ReBoot.
