Ozzy is a character that appears in the Sonic the Hedgehog film. He is the pet golden retriever dog of Tom and Maddie Wachowski, whom the former claims to be his best animal friend.
History
Ozzy makes his first appearance in the film when Tom arrives home, happily greeting his master. He eventually goes with Maddie to stay with Rachel while looking for houses in San Francisco.
Later, while on their way to San Francisco, Sonic attempts to befriend Tom by proclaiming himself a magnet for danger for Tom. When Tom replies that he likes him yet they are not best friends, Sonic then suggests that he's Tom's "best animal friend". Tom corrects him by saying that Ozzy is, much to Sonic's annoyance.
