Outer Ordinary Event Research, or O.O.E.R. for short, is a group that appears in the Sonic the Comic series published by Fleetway Editions. It is an organisation that existed shortly after the fall of Doctor Robotnik's global empire.
History[]
Its purpose was to investigate strange or paranormal incidents. Its only known member is Special Agent Harry Mole, who looked into the appearance of the Veg-Heads in the Plowright Zone.[1]
