O-Zone is a character that appears in the Adventures of Sonic the Hedgehog television series. He is a dumped Badnik that was meant to control the weather but could only create bad weather.
History
O-Zone lives in Scrap Valley. He helped Tails get into Club Robotnik by freezing the door so he could break it and get in.[1]
