One night, Rouge was scouting the National Museum of Art with her Treasure Scope in order to steal a gem that was on exhibition there. When breaking into the museum, she used a crane to lift the roof off the top of the building. As such, when the security caught Rouge stealing the gem, she was easily able to escape with the gem when the guards put the museum on lockdown.[2]

Shadow Saga

Following the Chaos incident, the green Chaos Emerald was put on display in the National Museum of Art. After Shadow was freed from Prison Island, he broke into the National Museum and stole the Chaos Emerald, before escaping from the GUN drones coming after him.[1]
