Naoya Tsurumi (鶴見 尚也?) is a chief executive of Sega. He was one of the Sega of Japan employees who brought to United States to fill out empty seats in the Sega of America.

He joined Sega of America in 1992, and joined Sega Europe the next year. In 2010 he returned to Japan after spending 20 years working in western countries, and became a chief executive of Sega Sammy Holdings.
