The Mummified Hedgehog is a character that appears in the Adventures of Sonic the Hedgehog. He is a hedgehog that resides in a pyramid in ancient Mobigypt with Robotnikhotep.
Appearance[]
Bearing a striking physical similarity to Sonic, the Mummified Hedgehog is a blue anthropomorphic hedgehog. He has medium-long arms and legs, conjoined eyeballs with black eyes, and three quills running down the back of his head like a Mohawk. For attire, he wears a linen cloth wrap on most of his body and an blue emerald necklace.[1]

Past[]
In the past, the Mummified Hedgehog gained possession of a magical blue Emerald necklace. He would also chase Robotnikhotep, an evil being who held a the Chaos Emerald of Immortality, for years without end. Eventually, the Mummified Hedgehog was mummified and interred in a pyramid, where he slept within a sarcophagus in center of a burial chamber.[1]
Season one[]
Five thousand years later, Sonic the Hedgehog accidentally awoke the Mummified Hedgehog when he was battling Robotnikhotep and Dr. Ivo Robotnik. After Robotnikhotep had been disposed of, the Mummified Hedgehog gave Sonic his blue emerald to help him defeat the Robotnik when he gained possession of the Chaos Emerald of Immortality. After defeating Robotnik, Sonic gave the blue emerald back to the Mummified Hedgehog, who then returned to his sarcophagus.[1]
Personality[]
Like Sonic, the Mummified Hedgehog is sassy, confident, cheeky, and impatient. However, he possesses a true heart of righteousness, having pursued Robotnikhotep for years without end in order to stop him. He also shares Sonic's trademark phrases.[1]
Powers and abilities[]
Like Sonic, the Mummified Hedgehog is able to move at super speeds. He is also able to perform the Triple Spin. a move where he turns into a concussive sawblade and hit his enemies.[1]
Equipment[]
The emerald the mummified hedgehog wears around his neck lets him activate a blue shield that allows him to negate the power of the Chaos Emerald of Immortality.[1]
