Moth Bot is a character that appears in the Sonic Boom television series. It is a moth-based robot created by Dr. Eggman.
Appearance
Modeled after a moth, Moth Bot is easily about the size of a truck. It has a segmented, larva-like orange body with four thin black legs and a white underbelly (which is separated by a black line and red lights). For a head, it has a round and black cockpit with red outlines. This section has a yellow mouth area and a rectangular windshield. It also has two sets of light blue wings on its back and two red and grey antennas on its head.

Season one
Moth Bot distracted.
Moth Bot was first used by Dr. Eggman for an attack on the Village in the middle of the night. However, it got distracted by a giant light bulb Knuckles brought while Tails dropped moth balls on it from his plane, allowing Sonic to defeat Moth Bot with his Swat-a-pult.[1] Eggman would later use Moth Bot to visit Tails for a scheduled battle.[2]
Assembling a group of villains named Team Eggman, Eggman gave Moth Bot to Willy Walrus to battle Team Sonic with. At their attack, Willy and Moth Bot engaged Tails and his plane in an aerial battle, luring the fox away from his team. However, Moth Bot got destroyed when Tails made Willy fly it into a mountain.[3]
