Moth Bot is a character that appears in the Sonic Boom television series. It is a mechanical moth robot created by Dr. Eggman which was destroyed by Team Sonic.
Appearance
Modeled after a moth, the Moth Bot is easily about the size of a truck. It has a segmented, larva-like orange body with a white underbelly, separated by a black line and red lights, and a round grey cockpit for a head with red outlines, a yellow mouth area and a rectangular windshield. It also has two sets of light blue wings on its back, four grey insect legs on its underbelly and two "fussy" red and grey antennas on its head.

As an actual moth, the Moth Bot is attracted to strong sources of artificial light and will actively pursue them.[1]
