History

All or Nothing

Zazz using the Moon Mech's projectiles, from Sonic the Hedgehog #28.

After taking over the Faceship, Zazz flew the Moon Mech to Riverside, where he took control of the local Zombot hordes and began ravaging the city in search of survivors to infect the Metal Virus with.[4] Eventually though, Zazz began to get bored flying around with the Moon Mech since the Zombots he made attack each other quickly recovered from their injuries and the survivors he hunted down would become infected too quickly. Meanwhile, an invisible Espio managed to climb onboard the Moon Mech and attempted to take the Chaos Emerald on Zazz's chest. However, he was caught by Zazz and thrown into a crowd of Zombots.[2] Zazz soon after proceeded to fire the Moon Mech's projectiles at Espio, destroying the building where Espio was hiding. Espio, however, escaped the shots and had a short fight with Zazz on the Moon Mech, during which he took the Chaos Emerald from him and escaped.[3]

Out of the Blue

After the Metal Virus was eradicated, Zazz pursued the people of Riverside on his Moon Mech, but he soon decided to retreat and find Zavok to receive new orders from him.[5]

Zeti Hunt

After being driven out of town, Zazz hid the Moon Mech away near Riverside. Following Zavok's arrival though, Zazz would use the Moon Mech during his attack on Riverside and then Vista View.[1]
