Mobius Natural Park[1] is a location that appears in the Sonic the Hedgehog comic series and its spin-offs published by Archie Comics. It was a public nature conservatory before Doctor Robotnik ruined it with pollution.
History[]
At some point, Uncle Chuck buried a family treasure in the park. After Robotnik's takeover, the Knothole Freedom Fighters discovered a map to the treasure in Freedom HQ. The group went out to find the treasure, but were horrified to see the park filled with pollution and trash. Many of the points on the map to the treasure changed, such as the evergreen trees dying and the pond being filled with pesticide. Sonic quickly found the location of the treasure after the toxic fumes started to harm the Freedom Fighters. Just as he found it, Robotnik attacked them with his Badnik Horde. The group separated, and Sonic used the waste in the park to his advantage, eliminating each badnik with various tricks. Once they were clear, the Freedom Fighters dug up to treasure only for Robotnik to take it away in a net. Sonic remembered what the treasure was once they dug it out and Robotnik was upset to only find Sonic's bronze baby shoes.[1]
