The Mobius Concert Hall is a location that appears in the Sonic the Hedgehog comic series and its spin-offs published by Archie Comics. It is an abandoned concert hall located near Robotropolis and Knothole Village.
History[]
The Mobius Concert Hall fell into disuse after Dr. Robotnik banned all music following his takeover of the planet. At some point, Sonic the Hedgehog visited the hall and took a guitar. He later led the other Knothole Freedom Fighters there to find instruments of their own, only to be attacked by Dr. Robotnik. The doctor shrunk down the Freedom Fighters to miniature size and were chased by a vacuum Roboticizer. They managed to outwit him and once they returned to normal size, they him off by using the instruments on stage. The Freedom Fighters prevented the hall's destruction by shriking several Badniks using the same miniaturizer that Dr. Robotnik had used against them.[1]
Trivia[]
- In the Concert Hall, two composers are referenced. A bat bust labeled "Bothoven" is a reference to Beethoven, and a painting of a dog named "Wagner" is a reference to Richard Wagner.
