Mr. Kinney[1] is a character that appears in the Sonic X comic series published by Archie Comics. He is a human who runs an ice cream store.

Mr. Kinney is elderly man and has white hair. He wears a light blue shirt with a pink bow tie on his neck, grey shoes, and black trousers.

When Chris Thorndyke and Cream the Rabbit visited Mr. Kinney and Mrs. Kinney's ice cream store, the elderly couple showed up, possessed by Booms. Terrified, Chris and Cream threw ice cream at them and managed to get away. The ghosts continued to possess Mr. Kinney and use him to do their bidding until King Boom Boo released him in accordance with a deal he made with Chris and Cream.[1][2]
