Mission Mode is a gameplay feature in Sonic Heroes.

Overview

Each team's secondary missions involve different tasks, including the Chaotix.

Extra

Every Action Stage has an Extra Mission where there are specific objectives for all four teams:

• Team Sonic: The player must get to the Goal Ring within a specified time limit.
• Team Dark: The player must defeat one hundred enemies within a level.
• Team Rose: The player must collect 200 Rings.
• Team Chaotix: The objectives are mostly the same, but the player may also have to complete an additional objective such as getting to the goal or collecting all of a specified object within a level within a time limit or without being detected by the enemies, sometimes both.

Egg Fleet	Hurry and get to the flagship in 6 minutes without being detected by the enemies
Final Fortress	Find all 10 cell keys to the client's cell
