Metro City is the fifteenth world in Sonic Speed Simulator. This world is based on the location of the same name from Sonic Forces: Speed Battle. It can be unlocked after the playable character buys the world for 70,000,000 Rings. The fifteenth questline is located here, which is used to unlock Rouge the Bat as a playable character. The Zone currently features an event which can be completed to unlock the Phantom Rider as a playable character.

Description

Like its original appearance, Metro City is a large and modern city set during clear nighttime with nothing visible other than a field of stars and a crescent moon. In the horizon, one can spot various tall buildings and skyscrapers in dark-colors and with cyan-glowing windows in them. The darkness of the city is lit up with streetlights and colorful signs. In the far distance, the iconic Tokyo Skytree can be spotted.

Rouge the Bat

This questline must be completed to unlock Rouge the Bat.

• Objective: Collect 5,000 Chaos Orbs in Metro City.
  • Rewards: 500 Red Star Rings
• Objective: Collect 250,000 Rail Grind Points in Metro City.
  • Rewards: 500 Red Star Rings
• Objective: Destroy 250 Badniks in Metro City.
  • Rewards: 500 Red Star Rings
• Objective: Find 25 Schematic Folders in Metro City.
  • Rewards: 500 Red Star Rings
• Objective: Collect 5,000 Metal Scrap in Metro City.
  • Rewards: 5x Pink Bat Trail, Rouge

Events

• Phantom Rider Event: The Phantom Rider tasks the player with testing the new Eggstreme Gear on behalf of MeteorTech. But this is actually a plan by Sonic in disguise to intercept the data without Eggman knowing.
