Metal Scourge is a robotic duplicate of Scourge the Hedgehog, much like Metal Sonic is to Sonic the Hedgehog, created by Doctor Eggman.

History

Eggman had sent Metal Sonic to attack Sonic, only to find Scourge at Freedom HQ, and decides to attack him instead. With Scourge desiring to conquer Eggman's world, Eggman immediately began construction of Metal Scourge, remarkably finishing in a matter of moments. By then, Sonic was on the scene, teaming up with Scourge to take down Metal Sonic. When Metal Scourge arrived, and Scourge reluctantly called the Suppression Squad into the fray. Both mechs were destroyed by Boomer's sonic waves.He later makes a cameo appearance in one of later issues along with Metal Sonic.

Trivia

• Several parts of this robot were used to rebuild Shard.
