It is for the best. We should not make exceptions, especially in my case. However, you can help lessen that burden by helping out on the mainspace. You know, step it up while I am gone. I know it is not your specialty, but you're welcome to try.
I'll try, but while I try not to I always end up sloppy with my articles. Especially after MonoBook got slugged.
But I always imagined that others on SNN got my back in places I am lacking. Like I try my best making a brand new article and I know what I provided is not good enough (I completely forgot about Researchers in ShTH until Myself reminded me, which is why I made the article so others will know or remember) which is why I still feel iffy of your absence.
I just realized that the trivia didn't mention a reference of Sonic Boom (Eggheads) that was appear in Team Sonic Racing cutscene.
Amy Rose gave an example to Big the Cat to not accept the unknown stranger instantly they appear, even if they're nice.
Amy Rose said that if Eggman gave her a bag of cookies, she still wouldn't eating them even if she took them. That was referring to "Eggheads", where Eggman made few cookies and delivered it to Sonic and his friends. However, all but Sonic ate the cookies and gained Eggman's evil personality in that way.
Wasn't this supposed to be mentioned in the trivia section of Team Sonic Racing? Had to ask before I could go ahead and put that in.
Hey, Alex? There's something going on with you and plagiarism and the wiki, so just check it out. Okay? The discussion's called “Proposal: Removal of Bureaucrat and Administrator rights for Ultrasonic9000” by Myself 123 (whom I call Goffard). We want to know your opinion on it before we make any decisions.
Oh that. I would not call that copying. I just take a few bits I feel would fit into the articles we have here, tweak them as much as I can, and then insert them into the existing material. If I am not allowed to do even that when searching for new angles and viewpoints to a subject, I can't really update the articles at all. As for that stomping example on Retro, its format was clearly copied from SNN in the beginning.
Plagiarism is not in and of itself illegal, it can fall into other things though. I'm not sure if this would technically count as plagiarism, but I think you're better off just not looking at Sonic Retro at all.
I think it would have been a better idea for me to have had a say in this from the beginning, but ah well.
The thing that's bothering me is how I try to keep my writing on Retro unique from SNN as much as I can, but that feels more pointless for me to do when most of it is going to be copied onto here, often replacing what you already have. I have no problem with information or even article formatting being taken, because at the end of the day information is supposed to be free to use and sharing information around is nice (and I suppose the same applies for screenshots and images as those are all copyrighted to Sega and are generally free to use under fair use), that's all fine to do. It would be a good idea to tweak your wording a bit.
You know it's really easy not to copy from another wiki, really, really easy. All you do is not go onto another wiki and don't copy their information. That's all their is to it. We can't have you being here if you're still doing it. Enough is enough.
In the addition to those "coincidence" you mentioned; let's not forgot about "Nixus" from Sonic Universeand Trey Scale from Sonic the Hedgehog Archie Comic. I am referring to the part of "work in the team before they betrayed that team", though Nixus can throw in the "transformation" as well.
But hey, at least I put the response here instead of put that in the article.
It is easy to draw parallels from any kind of fiction because the tropes have been used so often. As such, they are usually not significant enough to be mentioned unless they are stated by the writers/artists to be based on a specific material.
