I don't think that Sonic is as strong as you said, like being able to defeated Perfect chaos would mean he is about as strong as supee sonic vs perfect chaos, but if that would be the case, super classic Sonic couldn't harm the time eater, because the time eater one shoot Moderne Sonic

It woulde be something like this then

Time eater > Sonic ~ Super Sonic (VS Chaos) > Super classic Sonic

But supee Sonic classic hurt the time eater, he just win because he already fight him and know how to beat him

And that prove thar Sonic moderne is not too much above sonic classic
