Myself, why did you undo this near perfect edit? https://sonic.fandom.com/wiki/Sweeper?diff=prev&oldid=2183359 I was just improving it, even making sure to add cyan eyes, and it's gone again. Is it due to the Nazi way of censoring other's ideas of perfection? Or just something to glorify your admin career as a bully? I think DeCool needs to have a look at this and leave it as it is. Hell, even get Christian Whitehead and his boys on the case. To help this Badnik's truth as well as others, let us liberators do our job. Thank you. :)
But it does. We already know they're one and the same, just differently designed. There were only 3 in Sonic Adventure, Generations's 3DS version had a boatload of these Badniks, and Mania/Mania Plus's Encore Mode can have the same number in Debug Mode. I don't want that idea of unity being suppressed, because you're hurting the Sweeper's feelings. (Although you may say it doesn't have feelings.) And to be fair, this picture will remind you that all evidence collected pointing at the same thing is the same no matter what and helps a victim and the case. Let the merge of Sweep & Sweeper happen, everyone's happy.
This is so ridiculous, I don't even know where to begin. I guess I'll I go through each point one by one.
"We already know they're one and the same"
Provide evidence then.
"There were only 3 in Sonic Adventure, Generations's 3DS version had a boatload of these Badniks, and Mania/Mania Plus's Encore Mode can have the same number in Debug Mode."
In Debug Mode, the player can spawn in as many objects as they want. This is someone the player does, not the game and how is "there's a lot of them in both games" proof? If one game had loads of Motobugs and another had loads of Egg Pawns would they now be considered the same robot?
"I don't want that idea of unity being suppressed"
There's nothing to unify, therefore nothing is being suppressed.
" because you're hurting the Sweeper's feelings. (Although you may say it doesn't have feelings.)"
Seek medical help.
"And to be fair, this picture will remind you that all evidence collected pointing at the same thing is the same no matter what and helps a victim and the case."
And what evidence would that be? One person on another website claiming they're the same and that you spawn multiples of them? That is not evidence.
Ironically, it's you that needs to seek medical help. And this link can be proof BEYOND a doubt http://info.sonicretro.org/Sweepthat they're one and the same! THIS is evidence. You let the merge happen, and have it finished by today so the people can be happy. Any other objections, Badnik hater?
Hello Macdawg. I was wondering if you could do a request of mine. In that Japanese guidebook of ours for Sonic Heroes, could perhaps post an image of the page(s) listing the Item Box power-ups in that game? And perhaps give the page number(s) and chapter(s) for them?
Hello Macdawg. I have noticed that you claim to have the official names for the Flapper variants in Sonic Heroes. Not to be a downer, but I find that hard to believe as not even the Green Hill Zone mention any naming variations of the Flapper variants. Even more so, one of the Sonic Tweet cards calls what you call a Cannon Flapper just a Flapper. As such, could you perhaps provide a image of your source of information or perhaps a citation (like use the "Cite book" template) in a reference to back up your claims?
I am afraid that linking to some article selling the strategy guide is not exactly what I meant when I asked for proof on your claims. What I meant was that you could perhaps take a picture of the page showcasing the Flapper names and upload it here, or that you could use the "Cite book" template to describe where you found the names, like how the cite book template is used on Safe (all you have to do is replace the sections with info from your strategy guide).
No problem. It's Chapter 1, Basic Information (Covers the Teams, Badniks, etc), on Page 33. You and this wikia r welcome to help with the Solid, Gun, Neddle, Search, & Bomb Flappers, if you wanna. (The last of which reappears in Mario & Sonic at the Winter Olympics DS verison Adventure Mode dropping Bob-ombs.) Hope you're ready to see the Metal Virus spread around Sonic's world like Sigma spreading round the Sigma Virus in Mega Man X5. ;)
No worries. I don't have access to a scanner often, so I wasn't able to scan the Eggman bosses. I don't suppose you scanned any of those pages when you were scanning Badniks (if they were on the same page)?
I've taken another look, a closer look, at the Sonic Rush Adventure guide. Although there isn't an enemy section, it seems that enemies are given names within the text of the walkthrough section itself. At first I thought they might just be descriptive, but the guide is actually consistent with how it refers to each enemy.
Good work adding all that Sonic Advance 3 enemy art! Did you scan them yourself, or were they already online? I know the guide book has art for all the bosses too, but I don't think I've seen scans online.
