Hey Blazerun. I know we have not seen eye-to-eye on every edit on the wiki but it is clear that you care about it and we need more people like that here. I'd like to nominate you to be a Content Moderator. Do I have your permission?
Hello Blazerun19. I noticed that you wanted to add images of the performance parts until Crazy started to apply them. However, since Crazy has begun to stall, I was wondering if you wanted to take over. An if Crazy does plan to resume this, you could surely start from the other end However, I want to know where you intend to get those images from. Do you have the game and is capable of taking screenshots of it?
Yes, I have the game, Ultrasonic9000. I did not unlock all parts yet but I will try to get them all if I'm motivated to play it again. Also I'll upload screenshots I will register on my Nintendo Switch's SD card, for consistency.
Well, if you can continue the trend and format of the images Crazy has begun to upload, it would be greatly appreciated. I was very specific about how the images were to be taken, so if you have any questions, feel free to ask.
Alright, I took screen shots of all standard performance parts and some of the legendary ones (I did not get them all). Unfortunately, all my images on the Nintendo Switch are low-res so I have to deal with it.
Before this escalates, I hope that you know the standards I requested for the Performance Part images:
The car part you take the picture of must be the only customization part on the car - all other parts must be set to their "Standard" part. This means for example that if you want to take a shot of the "Legendary Turbo Jets" rear, then front and wheels must be set to "Standard" That way, it becomes more distinguished and easier to recognize.
The car parts you take images of must all be taken from the same angle. That angle should should be the one the vehicle pedestal in the game adjusts itself to when you switch out the parts on the cars.
The cars must have their default details. That means no alternate paint kit or vinyls added to them. The cars have to be in their natural states. That way, there will be no confusion about how they are supposed to look like.
1. Sorry, Ultra. I though leaving the car with other parts is okay.
2. Also I screenshot some parts in an subtle angle in wich the whole part is visible and not concealed by the border of the screen, While still roughly at the same angle.
3. I did not use paint kits and vinyls, so it's fine.
Hi Blazerun19. May you explain to me why you created drafts for the transformation and the racetrack infoboxes among others before them?
If it is because that "Non-portable infobox" label that appear on some of our infoboxes, and especially here. You have to know that it is a false alarm and all our infobox templates are already using the latest structure.
This is a bug and should be reported here so it could be resolved permanently instead.
The key value of any template is to help ease the internal structure of an article. That's why this template exists. So, yes, it would be better if we keep a consistent internal layout and use the Quote2 template instead.
