The Measure-o-meter is an object that appears in the Sonic Boom series. It is a device created by Miles "Tails" Prower for determining the counter-frequency to music.

Description

Appearance

The Measure-o-meter is a rectangular brown handheld pad with a screen on the surface, an instrument board on the bottom, brown grips on the side, and what appears to be a red battery attached to the top.

Features and abilities

The Measure-o-meter is designed to capture the sound frequency of music and then calculate its opposite frequency for the purpose of countering it. The results of this calculation is displayed on its screen. However, this is a process that takes an adequate amount of time.[1]

History

TV series

Season one

Tails invented the Measure-o-meter in his workshop to find the counter-frequency to Justin Beaver's mind controlling music track and free the women in the Unnamed Village who had fallen victim to it. During a concert, where Tails and his crew got close enough to Justin and made him sing long enough, the Measure-o-meter accomplished its task, and the trio used its counter-frequency as a part of a power rock ballet to liberate all the enslaved minds.[1]
