The Measure-o-meter is a rectangular brown handheld pad with a screen on the surface, an instrument board on the bottom, brown grips on the side, and what appears to be a red battery attached to the top.
The Measure-o-meter is designed to capture the sound frequency of music and then calculate its opposite frequency for the purpose of countering it. The results of this calculation is displayed on its screen. However, this is a process that takes time.
Tails invented the Measure-o-meter in his workshop to find the counter-frequency to Justin Beaver's mind controlling music track and free its victims. When Tails and his crew got close enough to Justin and made him sing long enough, the Measure-o-meter accomplished its task.
