The Marvelous Queen (マーベラスクイーン Māberasukuīn?) is Fang the Sniper's airbike and way of transportation. He uses it frequently because he lacks the speed to get out of trouble by his own means. It has moderately strong armor and a blue-and-yellow coloured hull.

Game appearances

Sonic Triple Trouble

The Marvelous Queen's first appearance was in Sonic the Hedgehog Triple Trouble, when Fang used it as boss vehicle. When the player has passed through labyrinthine platforming section or collected enough amount of rings from the sky with Tornado, the timer will stop and the player will face Fang with his Marvelous Queen in the end of each Special Stage.

Like Dr. Robotnik's Egg Mobile, it came with a variety of attachments that Nack used against Sonic or Tails to protect the Chaos Emerald, that is located far right at the altar. When the player has destroyed attachment, Fang usually is seen running away and returns in next Special Stage. He seem to have more than one Marvelous Queen, since all of them got destroyed on explosions, leaving nothing after that.

Special Stage Description
First (Blue Emerald) None. Nack jumps on a switch, laughs, then comically burns himself. He promptly flees.
Second (Red Emerald) The Marvelous Queen airbike is introduced. A giant spring appears underneath it, making it jump around.
Third (Yellow Emerald) The airbike has no attachments, but it dashes off from one side to another, swooping at the player.
Fourth (White Emerald) The airbike now has missile capabilities, which flies from left to right while Nack laughs. However, the missile will home in on him once he is defeated.
Fifth (Orange Emerald) The airbike has a drill, hovering above Sonic and attacking with it. The third time, he will get stuck, allowing the player to jump on top of Nack and bury him.

Sonic Drift 2

Fang also uses the Marvelous Queen as his racing vehicle in Sonic Drift 2, albeit with a slightly different design. It has good speed and acceleration, but poor handling.

Appearance in other media

Archie Comics

Nack has been seen riding the Marvelous Queen many times in his schemes. When he knocked out Sonic the Hedgehog in Knothole, he drove his airbike to Robotropolis to hand over to Dr. Robotnik. When Sonic was de-roboticized and sought Nack out, Nack attempted to knock him out with a gas. However, when he was escaping the Bottom of the Barrel Bar 'n' Grill, on his airbike, Sonic had sneaked into a compartment of the bike, knocked Nack out, and reprogrammed it to crash and detonate one of the facilities in Robotropolis. (StH: #39, #40, SMM)

Later, when Nack was free from Knothole, he and his goons captured Sally Acorn and sped off on his airbike. When Sonic and Mina Mongoose arrived at an old mansion to locate Sally, Nack got away after attempting to shoot Sally when she was found , but Mina ran into the bullet to save Sally's life. (StH: #122, #123)

Upon the formation of Team Hooligan with Bean the Dynamite and Bark the Polar Bear, they decided to seek out a Sol Emerald that Blaze the Cat, the rest Team Rose and Team Dark were searching for. They traveled by using the Marvelous Queen, and temporarily escaped with the Sol Emerald on the bike. The Babylon Rogues, however, managed to catch up to them along with Team Dark and Team Rose, which emitted a four-way brawl. Eventually, Team Dark decided to form a truce with Team Rose and eventually, Team Hooligan and the Rogues gave up. Team Hooligan presumably left on Nack's airbike. (SU: #22, #23, 24)

In the new continuity that followed the Super Genesis Wave, Nack continued to employ the Marvelous Queen, taking his fellow Hooligans in search of Chaos Emeralds for Dr. Eggman. In addition to confronting the Chaotix with the craft, Nack was also forced to deal with the monstrous Dark Gaia Titan. The bike was equipped with a Chaos Emerald tracker, which Espio later sabotaged to lead the Hooligans off on a wild goose chase. (SU: #64, #65, 66)
